In 2023, our modest team of 11 published over 5700 pieces of content across Meta, X, and Tiktok platforms in MY and SG, hitting 1.8M+ fans in MY and 500k+ fans in SG.

Oversaw and managed the creative development and production of content for MYSG social media channels, coordinating resources, collaborative opportunities, improving workflows, and strengthening communications across Netflix Manager(s), the agency editorial team, other cross-functional stakeholders, and agency partners.

Tasked with increasing efficiency and innovation for the agency editorial-social team and its cross-functional collaborations, I owned the performance, development, and growth of the Singapore and Malaysia market teams, with special care to the Editorial Producer, Project Manager, Market Community Lead, Creative Leads, and Video Editor.

Headed channel and content strategy, creative and editorial planning, team and workflow optimization, as an agency partner to the Editorial & Publishing arm of Netflix for Singapore, Taiwan, and Malaysia.

Led an editorial team of 11, made up of strategists, community managers, designers, project managers and producers.

Working alongside the CEO, designers, product developers, and teams from EMEA, APAC, and UCAN, I created large-scale global product marketing strategies for audio and mouse mat product categories.

Launched Razer Ironclad, Razer Goliathus, Razer Electra, Razer Ferox, Razer Tiamat, and Razer Hammerhead. Saw products through their life cycles, from conceptualization to legacy.

Spearheaded the global release of new products through all owned digital media channels.

Promoted the Razer Edge, Razer Onza, Razer Hydra, during CES 2011 in Las Vegas to consumers and gaming press.
